GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a Fixed Term 6 Months basis, to complement our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.What You Will Be Doing:Customer ServiceMake and receivephone calls from customers and our store networkHandle customer complaints and resolve queriesProcess journals to resolve banking/receipting issuesProvide genuine, friendly, prompt serviceDebt collection / credit controlContact customers/stores and investigate reasons for late payments and payment optionsNegotiate a payment plan for customersPlace accounts on stop credit as requiredCheck and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accountsAccount MaintenanceAccount maintenance and set upSet Credit limits for customersEnsure appropriate securityprocessesReconciliations and ReceiptingEnsure all Key Accounts are reconciledReporting as requiredAdministrationAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar roleCustomer service experienceLooking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive companyBe available full-timehours, 8am - 4pmDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate mathematical and literacy skillsIntermediatecomputer skills, and confidence with excelPrevious experience working with D365 is advantageousSome of the reasons we love working at GPC:Part of a global organisationSuccessful, stable, growing businessSupport iconic and emerging Australian brands: Repco, NAPA, AMX, Sparesbox and moreAttractive product discounts across all GPC AP businessesStrong rewards & recognition programsA supportive team environment, where we work with supremely talented peopleEmployee Assistance Program for team members and their familiesCareer development prospectsStrong values-based foundationsInnovation and forward moving are a realityAbout UsWith 100 years operational experience, GPC Asia Pacific is the largest automotive aftermarket parts supplier in Australia and New Zealand.
