GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a Fixed Term 6 Months basis, to complement our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.
What You Will Be Doing: Customer Service Make and receivephone calls from customers and our store network Handle customer complaints and resolve queries Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service Debt collection / credit control Contact customers/stores and investigate reasons for late payments and payment options Negotiate a payment plan for customers Place accounts on stop credit as required Check and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accounts Account Maintenance Account maintenance and set up Set Credit limits for customers Ensure appropriate securityprocesses Reconciliations and Receipting Ensure all Key Accounts are reconciled Reporting as required Administration About You Previous experience in a similar role Customer service experience Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company Be available full-timehours, 8am – 4pm Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills Intermediatecomputer skills, and confidence with excel Previous experience working with D365 is advantageous Some of the reasons we love working at GPC: Part of a global organisation Successful, stable, growing business Support iconic and emerging Australian brands: Repco, NAPA, AMX, Sparesbox and more Attractive product discounts across all GPC AP businesses Strong rewards & recognition programs A supportive team environment, where we work with supremely talented people Employee Assistance Program for team members and their families Career development prospects Strong values-based foundations Innovation and forward moving are a reality About Us With 100 years operational experience, GPC Asia Pacific is the largest automotive aftermarket parts supplier in Australia and New Zealand.
