ACCS provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.
In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.Responsibilities:Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragementAssist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventionsSupport clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goalsEnsure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences.Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointmentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldExperience working with adults with mental illnessSchedules:Sunday-Thursday, 1pm-9pm (40 hours)Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-5pm (32 hours)Sunday 9pm-9am, Friday 11pm-9am, Saturday 9pm-9am (34 hours)Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm (40 hours)Hourly Rate$20.50 - $20.50 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
