Overview
BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Plumber in Sydney to provide both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across various commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance
Install new plumbing fixtures or replace end-of-life assets
Coordinate, troubleshoot and identify defective plumbing and design issues
Inspect and identify leaks, including plumbing and roofing
Provide cost-effective but comprehensive repairs that deliver value and quality for clients
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients
Participate in an on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
Skills & Experience
Cert 3 - Plumbing
Strong Commercial Maintenance Experience
White Card
Driving Licence
TMV Ticket (Desirable)
Backflow Prevention Experience (Desirable)
Cert 4 (Desirable)
