About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber or talented Plumber's Apprentice to join our team at 4 points plumbing pty ltd in Sydney, NSW. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of plumbing services in the area.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial customers
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues to provide effective solutions
  • Following all safety protocols and best practices to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
  • Communicating clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
  • Completing administrative tasks such as quoting, invoicing and reporting as required
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • Formal plumbing qualification (for the Plumber role) or ability to work towards a plumbing apprenticeship (for the Plumber's Apprentice role)
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing, including installations, maintenance and repairs
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
