Distribution Sales Manager, North America

Job Summary
Responsible for driving growth of Quectel business with our distribution partners across North America. Position reports to Director of Sales and will work in tandem with North American Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representative network. Candidate will maximize growth through dedicated focus on increasing activity and presence with distribution field offices, managing new distribution sales opportunities to progress through the funnel and acting as a primary point of contact for all distribution-related activities. Fast paced position that will require focus and analytical approach to sales. Prior experience in electronics distribution is required. Location is flexible.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface for Distribution partners. Manage quote requests, registration submissions, registration follow-up and partner inventory.
Manage the distribution funnel to move opportunities through the sales process and into production.
Support NA Sales Team.
Work cross-functionally with management, regional/territory sales and segment teams to equip distribution partners for success.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounts/opportunities supported through distribution partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
2-5 years of experience in electronics distribution required.
Dynamic, self motivated, hard working professional who thrives in a very fast paced environment. Must have sense of urgency in all aspects of daily job.
Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
