What You'll Be Doing
Deliver pest control services across the Newcastle region, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
Build rapport with customers and provide clear, respectful communication about services and safety.
Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Work independently while being supported by a local supervisor and broader team.
Handle physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
Who We're Looking For
Qualified Technicians
: Hold a current pest control licence and experience in residential or commercial pest management.
Trainees
: No experience required—just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in pest control.
Customer-Focused
: Friendly, reliable, and confident in communicating with clients.
Physically Capable
: Comfortable with active, hands-on work including crawling into tight spaces, climbing, and handling pest-related materials and equipment (with PPE provided).
Tech-Savvy
: Able to use mobile apps and reporting tools.
Driver's Licence
: Essential for travel across the region.
