**A bit about the role**

LAF are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Executive to join the team. You will be supporting the broader marketing team around executing and optimising marketing activity, with a strong focus on content [eDMs], events and brand.

This person will play a key role in supporting the following key strategic goals:

- Acquire and engage with their property owner audience- Support the ongoing engagement and acquisition of agents on their platform- Build brand awareness and salience amongst their key audiences

**Who do you need to be?**

A consumer focused marketer who is looking to contribute to a high performing, scaling business. Written comms and an analytical mind will be super important for you to succeed in this role. You will support a gorgeous manager to help lead the development and execution of customer nurture campaigns, write and edit content across all platforms; including web, direct, social, PR and collateral to help generate leads and build brand awareness as well as managing communities across their social channels to drive engagement.

Some of the following would be great:
- Proficient with CRMs/CMS - MailChimp and WordPress- Passionate about the customer experience, nurturing and moving customers through the funnel.- Someone who's excited about Real Estate and has the customer journey in the forefront of their mind.
- Collaborative worker, who is creative and can support across marketing more generally.
