Surrounded by the city's vibrant energy, JOJI offers a contemporary bar lounge experience infused with the textures of Japan, where the art of the cocktail takes centre stage alongside a unique culinary offering. As the night deepens, JOJI comes alive with carefully curated live music and DJ line-up, offering an eclectic soundtrack that carries guests late into the night. **We have a 5% Service Charge on all bills that goes back to the team, live music and most importantly plenty of hours to give with a wide range of shifts on offer to suit almost any availability.**

**Who We're Looking For**:
**Hosts -** At JOJI we believe that hospitality is an art. We are a destination where craft cocktails, sophisticated ambiance, and exceptional service converge to create unforgettable experiences. We are currently seeking a gracious and polished individual to join our front-of-house team as a **Host**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curate a warm welcome and greet each guest with grace, offering an inviting and memorable first impression. Remember you only get one first impression
- Manage reservations & seating capacity to ensure occupancy is maximised at all times
- Deliver exceptional service: Provide guests with insightful recommendations about our cocktail offerings, while maintaining a polished and professional demeanour at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly and work in harmony with our team to deliver flawless service and anticipate guests' unexpressed wishes.
- Have a strong desire to create experiences for guests
- Passion for hospitality with an appreciation for refined, considered approach to service
- Exceptional communication skills, poised, articulate and capable of engaging with guests, co-workers and stakeholders with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Refined hospitality experience. Previous experience in a high-end or luxury service environment is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining or upscale cocktail bars is a significant advantage.
- Possess a positive attitude and grace under pressure

- Hungry to learn and driven to excel in whatever they do
- Strong product knowledge of food and beverage
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role
