**About the Role**

We're looking for a **motivated and tech-savvy university student** to join our small but passionate video production team in **Killara**. This is a great opportunity for a student with a background in media, film, or digital production to gain real-world experience while working in a home studio environment.

You'll primarily be editing videos and converting old media formats (e.g., tapes to digital), supporting the creative workflow from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Convert tapes (VHS, MiniDV, etc.) into digital formats using provided equipment.
- Edit videos for various projects, ensuring high-quality output.
- Organize, manage, and archive digital files.
- Assist with occasional studio tasks or basic production workflows as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently in **2nd year or above at a recognized university**:

- Basic proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
- Willingness to learn tape conversion techniques (training will be provided).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Must be **comfortable working from a home studio in Killara** (on-site presence required).
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

**What We Offer**
