About The Role
Following unprecedented growth across ESTA, our Learning Centre is seeking a Learning Designer to support the delivery of organisation wide, best practice training solutions. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we develop and deliver highest quality programs primarily focused on our Triple Zero front line operations, whilst also supporting our Corporate Office teams.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- 'End to end' ownership of multiple projects and service requests, in line with ESTAs strategic departmental goals, vision and values
- Scope, design and deliver innovative and engaging training solutions, ensuring our teams are best placed to support the people of Victoria
- Continuous improvement of existing training materials, maintaining alignment with the dynamic ESTA environment
- Consult and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, developing productive working relationships and identifying areas of opportunity
- Ensure Learning Centre design meets accreditation in line with Government legislation and responsibilities, and RTO and Australian Quality Training Framework standards

We are offering this role on an initial 12-month fixed term contract basis and are pleased to offer a hybrid working environment, based at our convenient Burwood East location.

About You
As a clear communicator and confident problem solver, you excel in breaking down complex tasks and developing customer centric solutions which meet the brief. You are agile in your approach and capable of prioritising your workload to ensure the highest levels of service delivery.

**Additionally, it is anticipated you will offer**:

- Previous experience with a Moodle based learning management system
- Working knowledge of Articulate (Rise or Storyline) eLearning software packages
- Graphic design and video/audio editing capabilities (Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro etc)
- Competency across the Microsoft Office Suite (with a particular focus on Word)
- The ability to embrace and learn new software packages
