**Retail Store Manager**

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Store Manager for our clients' bespoke business in the repair, and sales of selected of IT related services and products.

As the Store Manager, you will lead and develop the team at one of our client's busy retail outlets, supporting a range of products and services ensuring all sales and targets are met.

This role will suit someone that is driven by sales results and passionate about giving customers a memorable experience.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Daily management of stock
- Effectively manage store roster
- Passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Energy and drive to succeed in this sales environment
- Mentoring and developing your team through coaching and training
- Building a strong Customer Service reputation to a loyal customer base
- Maintain the excellent visual appeal of your store
- Creates a positive and productive store environment

This role will best suit someone with Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment, with high personal standards in providing superior customer services.
