**Our Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation are seeking an experienced Toolmaker who will work on a variety of projects, including producing one-off production components. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Narellan NSW.

Daily duties will include however are not limited to.
- Performing manufacturing functions such as precision milling, turning, boring and drilling.
- Program and set up CNC machines to required specifications.
- Manufacture tools using a variety of machinery, including sample trials.
- Perform dimensional inspection and maintain correct orientation of products.
- Take full responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and coding machinery.

**The Right Person**
- Successfully completed a Cert III in Engineering with Fitter Machinist/Toolmaker Trade Qualifications.
- 2+ years' experience in a toolmaker position, working with CNC vertical & horizontal borers.
- Previous experience working with press tools, plastic injection moulds, wire cutting machines and EDM's.
- Ability to operate manual machines including mills, lathes, drills, and saws.
- Sound knowledge of Mazatrol, Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM and Power Mill would be advantageous.
