Manufacturing Professional

You will play a critical role in supporting production efficiency by manufacturing, maintaining and repairing tooling and associated components to a high standard. Your work will be conducted safely and effectively in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain tool room machinery as required for tool production and repair.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to tooling breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
  • Manufacture new tools and ancillary parts from technical drawings or by replicating existing components.
  • Carry out repairs and modifications to a wide range of production tooling including extrusion and moulding tools.
  • Provide support to maintenance operations when needed.
  • Troubleshoot tooling-related production issues and assist with breakdown recovery.

In this role you will consistently apply high standards of workmanship and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You will maintain a clean and safe working environment reporting any hazards promptly to the Engineering Manager. You will work within the company's Health & Safety Charter ensuring all tasks are conducted safely and responsibly.
