Based in North Ryde, we are looking for our next Finance Business Partner - Food Service to join the Commercial Finance team supporting the Sales Team of Tip Top, the baking division of George Weston Foods.
Reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, this is a strategic role which will provide effective business partnering to deliver commercial analysis and insights to support superior business decisions. Working within the Foodservice business; the role will partner with Head of Food Service and sales teams across a number of channels such as Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Distributors, Caterers and Horeca. With significant growth initiatives underway, this role will be responsible for supporting delivery of the strategic objectives of the food service business; including development of business cases, customer tenders and various product related projects.

Purpose of the Role
- Support the delivery of business goals and objectives by being a key commercial business partner for Sales and Marketing & Innovation
- Reporting, performance tracking to the channel and associated product family
- Provide commercial support and insights to NPD initiatives process including the generation of P&L's
- Lead and facilitate the Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting processes for relevant accounts
- Proactively support the Tip Top growth agenda, providing commercial insight and analysis including financial modelling, data analytics and Business Case development to facilitate decision making
- Coach and develop commercial capability in the Sales team
- Promote and work to continuously improve systems and process development to best practice

About You
- 5-8 years of Commercial Finance experience
- FMCG or Food Service industry background would be highly regarded
- Strong business acumen with whole of business thinking
- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience advantageous
- CA/CPA qualification
