Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Temporary full-time Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 82 schools)

**The Talent Associate is an important part of our great team, supporting all of the transactional functions of our recruitment processes, including**:

- Processing school based contracts, ensuring high levels of accuracy and tier 1 support to schools
- Supporting the development of talent collateral including advertising templates, instructional collateral, and policy/procedural documentation
- Managing the active casuals database and administering the casual booking tool

This is a great entry level role for someone looking to start their career in recruitment While you don't need recruitment-specific experience, you'll need to bring other skills,** including**:

- High volume experience - whether you've worked in retail, hospitality or corporate services you'll know how to stay organised and stick to process in a high-volume environment
- Teamwork - Talent at CSPD is a team sport You'll have experience making a contribution to the success of a busy team and understand that your work is an important part of the big picture
- Great communication - you'll be speaking with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, asking questions and recording answers, responding to tickets, helping to build recruitment marketing materials and writing basic job ads. Communication is key
