Operating a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment, Byrnecut delivers high-performance solutions across diverse terrains and conditions on multiple continents.The Position We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Process Automation Developer to join our Information Systems team at our Perth head office, conveniently located near the airport.This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive digital transformation across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops to gather business requirements and map out processes effectively.Develop and maintain clear, detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Platform and SharePoint.Create user training materials and deliver formal training sessions to end users.Troubleshoot, investigate, test, and resolve reported system issues and errors.Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and industry trendsSkills and ExperienceProven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and process mappingStrong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse, and Azure SQLHands-on experience with Power Platform development and SharePoint configurationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with Hyland OnBase is desirableWe Offer:Permanent full-time position with a Tier 1 mining contractorSupportive management and a great team cultureOngoing training and career development opportunitiesUp to 12 weeks of paid parental leaveFree on-site parking, close to public transport (trains and buses)Discounted health insurance with Bupa, HBF, and MedibankNovated vehicle leasing through SG Fleet and Toyota Fleet ManagementDiscounted vehicles and servicing via Eagers Automotive GroupAccommodation discounts at Accor Hotels and Crown PerthCar hire discounts with Hertz and BudgetThe successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria, including drug and alcohol screening, prior to receiving an Offer of Employment.
