Working with Queensland Local Government Departments, this contract role will see you help define the Scope of Works for maintenance and upgrade works. Predominantly for government owned facilities such as schools, social housing and Police Stations.

**About the Role**
- Identifying and defining scope of works required;
- Attending to site to undertake safety audits and review quality of works. Administer Contracts;
- Collaborate with Estimating and Procurement Teams, regarding tenders;
- Action planned and unplanned service maintenance works on Department of Housing assets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Trade Qualifications - Carpentry
- Building Maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge in safety and developing scope of works

**Culture & Environment**

This position plays a vital role in building and maintaining government-owned facilities such as schools, hospitals, social housing and police stations. In 2021 alone, The Team delivered work valued at more than $1.6 billion for customers from Thursday Island to Tallebudgera.

The Team is amongst the first on the ground, completing repairs and building works to help communities get back on their feet.
