**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Team Leader to join our Global Forwarding Division based in Mascot, NSW. Reporting to the Client Services Manager in Sydney, this role will support, lead, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

**As the Client Solutions Team Leader, you will**:

- Manage, support, and develop a professional, highly motivated and customer focused team
- Monitor and manage team performance goals to assist in meeting company objectives
- Promote a collaborative team environment
- Complete daily and monthly management reporting
- Contribute, Develop and Review processes and procedures to enhance continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Freight Forwarding or relevant industry experience
- 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a customer service role - desirable
- The ability to meet competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
- Strong Computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CargoWise 1 software - beneficial.
- High level attention to detail and time management skills.
