The Company: We are partnering with a global distribution and services organisation operating across multiple regions with a strong international footprint across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Positioned as a strategic partner to leading global brands, the business supports growth through logistics, marketing, and customer service excellence. This FP&A Analyst role will support group budgets and forecasts, and assist with some treasury requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear insights on business performance and market conditions.
Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement in forecasting models
Build advanced reporting and analytics capability to support both day-to-day decisions and long-term planning.
Build financial understanding among non-finance teams and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
Monitor daily cash balances and manage compliance with Treasury internal control requirements.
Your Profile
2-3 years' experience in an FP&A or a similar analytical role.
CA/CPA qualified, or close to qualifying.
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to simplify complex information and present in a clear, engaging way.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
