**Piling Rig Operator**

We have been asked to find an experienced Piling Rig Operator for our client in the geotechnical contracting industry. The Piling Rig Operator will be responsible for the safety of self and other site crew as required and the efficient operation of Rigs and associated equipment and plant

**To be successful, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Operate plant to a high standard within OH&S requirements
- Daily plant inspection and servicing
- Technical knowledge to set up the rig, check for safety hazards, and prepare for drilling.
- Responsible for attaching all accessories and equipment to the plant.
- Load and unload machinery to be transported
- Assist site supervisor
- Acting as traffic control for machinery/trucks or other vehicles whilst on site, if required
- A good understanding of soil types and conditions that may affect piling operations

**To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following**:

- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Sydney
- Have a White Card
- Experience in civil construction
