**THE POSITION**
- Assist the chef in food production and preparation
- 3 shifts per week; 2 evening shifts (appr 3:30pm-7:00pm) and 1 x day shift (appr 7:30am-13:30pm) weekday
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions
- Serve food and beverages to customers including Barista made coffees
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
- Safety focused and allergen aware

**THE PERSON**
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
- Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Ability to make barista style coffees
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Physically fit and reliable
- Own transport essential
