About the Role
Facilitate evidence-based practice in the area of interprofessional team members within Redlands EDMH to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service provision and discharge planning, through implementation and facilitation of quality initiatives, literature reviews, attendance at professional development activities and involvement in research and education.
Utilise high-level communication, inter-personal skills, negotiation and conflict management skills to develop and maintain excellent working relationships and achieve key performance indicators for effective service delivery. This includes identification and escalation of profession specific supervisory issues to relevant professional directors.
Lead innovative quality/service improvement activities and contribute to research of significant scope and clinical importance to Redlands EDMH, seeking outcomes that influence standards of clinical practice and the delivery of services to meet local needs and influence broader organisational goals including publishing/presenting relevant work broadly.
