- Colac Area Health is working with SCV to Improve Sepsis Outcomes

- The** Victorian Sepsis project**aims to enhance the early identificationa nd management of Sepsis in Victoria. This will be achieved by implementing evidenced based pathways underpinned by pre-agreed clinical guidelines for safe and appropriate care
- The role will include
- Developing guidelines, policies, safe processes, and implementation plans.
- Leading PDSA cycles to test and refine ideas locally.
- Educating and supporting staff to implement improvements.
- Analysis of the data to understand process.
- Reporting to SCV and through the CAH Governance Structure on the project.
- Applications close Monday 30th June 2025.
