We are seeking a visionary EIR to lead our early-stage social media app start-up venture. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, foster online communities, and redefine how people connect in the digital age.

This is a perfect opportunity for those transitioning between startups or seeking to prioritise product development without the perpetual cycle of fundraising, a rare chance to contribute to a funded venture studio under a prominent enterprise is an enticing prospect.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you will:

- Lead the development of our app's vision and mission, identifying market trends and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead the development of innovative features and functionalities that drive user adoption, frequency, and referral.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, target user segments, and optimise user engagement and retention.
- Leverage unconventional methods and tools, such as social media, viral marketing and guerrilla marketing to acquire and retain customers.
- Design and refine our app's business model, execute monetisation strategies, and explore new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage venture budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum success.
- Identify key partners and negotiate collaboration opportunities that drive venture growth.

**About You**:

- Proven success in entrepreneurship or the startup space, with a passion for innovation and exponential growth.
- Social media app experience, an expert in building online communities, generating network effects and digital product management.
- Experience with rapid experimentation with various strategies to identify the most efficient way to attract and retain customers.
- In depth understanding of trends, how people connect and how to infiltrate sub-culture.
- Possess extensive start-up experience with a passion for innovation and a track record of exponential growth
- Proven expertise in cultivating vibrant online communities or a track record of creating beloved products.
- Familiarity with social media app challenges and opportunities, coupled with experience in product management and monetization strategies.
- A solid understanding of business models, revenue streams, and market dynamics, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- A strong network within the startup, tech, and sub-cultural communities, coupled with the ability to generate network effects and user stickiness.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, coupled with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainties and seizing opportunities, with strong problem-solving abilities.
