**The Opportunity**:
The Telecoms Service Line Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations and maintenance activities of the Telecoms team, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency across multiple sites.

**Day to Day, your role will include**:

- Leading the Telecoms maintenance and operations team to deliver services to clients within the energy, oil and gas sector.
- As the Leader of the Maintenance and Support team, your key focus is the safe, effective and efficient delivery of maintenance and support services across all facilities.
- In this lead role you will be working closely with key stakeholders to manage the site-based day-to-day service provision and staff management.
- You will oversee the planning and completion of scheduled and break-fix work and work with the Resource Coordinator and Maintenance Planner.
- This role entails the utilisation and improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
- As a leader you will be the escalation point and must maintain oversight of site related incidents and contribute to the teams' development and training requirements, ensuring appropriate coverage of skills and that all inductions, tickets, and certifications are current and confirming personnel associated with site-based maintenance are aware of, and comply with, all Kent and Client HSSE requirements.
- Carry out monthly business reviews with customers and work on a continuous improvement strategy across all contracts within the Telecoms vertical
- Be responsible for the business development of the Telecoms Business Unit with existing and new customers
- Develop with a competent team and procedures to deliver state of the art support to all customers.
