**About the role**:
The Head Teacher of ELICOS is responsible for program management, teaching, curriculum development, staff management, and quality assurance. Ensuring the curriculum supports language proficiency, academic progression, and student success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire teaching staff by promoting professional development, best practices, and innovative teaching methods.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of ELICOS courses, ensuring they meet accreditation requirements and international standards.
- Ensure that effective learning is taking place in the classroom under your instruction and supervision and provide appropriate feedback to students.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum content to meet the diverse needs of international students and align with industry standards.
- Incorporate a range of teaching materials, technologies, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate ELICOS teaching staff, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of ELICOS programs through regular assessment, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement strategies to address areas of improvement and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, pedagogical advancements, and regulatory changes related to English language teaching.
