Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing and wholesale industry and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the Administration team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Investigating and troubleshooting queries relating to non payments- Preparation of credit notes and processing- Customer Service - inbound and outbound calls- Liaising with the Customer Service team- Build strong relationships with stakeholders- Strong data entry skills- Prior experience and a passion with collections

**About you**:
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build relationships- Strong time management and prioritisation skills- Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience with Streamline is highly desirable
