Linz Allied Rehab is a leading allied health rehabilitation centre, providing Exercise Physiology and soon to be Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy services to support people with neurological and falls risk patients. About the Role
Provide front desk reception and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
Manage phone, email, and appointment bookings
Process payments, Medicare, NDIS and HICAPS claims
Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and record management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
About You
Previous administration or reception experience (healthcare/NDIS knowledge highly regarded) however not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using computer systems and scheduling software
A friendly, approachable personality and commitment to excellent customer service
