Casual Contracts available (up to 30 May 2025) Now accepting applications for the 2024/2025 Administration Officer Casual Pool for Clare Hospital We have a great opportunity for efficient and professional Administration Officers to provide professional reception and administrative services on a casual basis, for Clare Hospital.
About the Role
The Administration Officer's duties involve the administration of an efficient patient management system by ensuring compliance with relevant Medical Records standards; accurate data entry and undertaking a range of administrative office tasks including responding to appropriately in a timely and effective manner to customer enquiries and developing and fostering a work culture promoting customer service excellence and backfilling where required including reception, theatre and aged care.

This vacancy is for multiple casual positions, working hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked on a casual shift by shift basis.
