**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee the operations of 15 stores within your designated region.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective merchandising, and exceptional customer service.
- Implement innovative strategies to adapt to changing market trends and ensure continuous growth.
- Analyse sales data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to achieve targets.
- Cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture, inspiring your staff to deliver excellence in all aspects of their roles.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Tech-savvy individual with proficiency in retail software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving results and fostering teamwork.
