Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Service Agents are primarily responsible for providing welcoming and efficient service for our Guest's registration and departure.

What does a Guest Service Agent's role entail?
- Provide quality service to our Guests, responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during their check in, check out and throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate Guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
- Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain strict security procedures, ensuring Guest confidentiality and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a Front Office, preferably in 5 star hotels.
- Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' and delight our guests.
- Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral & written
- Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.
- Has a valid drivers license
