**Australian Head Office**
The Australian Head Office is the corporate office for the Company's Australian operations and is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Led by the Executive Leadership Team, the Regional Office provides national support to all sites.

**About the role**
**Key accountabilities**
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Checking invoices to ensure correct allocation to appropriate accounts.
- Review and process accounts to ensure all have been approved by appropriate managers in accordance with company policy.
- Follow up promptly on outstanding invoices for payment.
- Reconcile invoices against batches and make necessary adjustments.
- Reconcile fuel cards and mobile phone usage against bank statements on a monthly basis and issue reports to relevant managers.
- Input and maintenance of creditor details.
- Process express cheques as required and approved.
- Input data into accounting system to ensure accurate payment and allocation.
- Input and process journals for general ledger and accruals and budgets.
- Ensure all manual EFT payments are processed and recorded accurately.

**Experience, skills, and qualifications**
- Formal qualifications in accounting or finance or business management will be highly regarded but not essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Accounts Payable position in a high-volume environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Experience with computerised finance and accounting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
