Recompute is Australia's leading IT refurbisher. It leads the industry in providing quality ex-lease/refurbished computer equipment, whilst setting the standards in customer service.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and engaging **IT** Sales/Customer Care Officer to join our team on a casual basis. **Familiarity with computer hardware and windows is a must.**

The position will be primarily responsible for:

- Communicating order information to customers when required
- Assisting customers with inbound IT hardware sale leads
- Cross-training in different areas of the business
- Meeting and greeting customers on the phone or in-person
- Processing and dispatching orders with our warehouse crew

We will look upon the following favourably:

- **Studying an IT or Business related degree**:

- **Computer hardware knowledge**:

- A keen interest in online retail, and customer experience
- Loves engaging with people
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
