Evolve Scientific, a leading scientific recruitment agency as part of NES Fircroft, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Scientific Recruitment Consultant at our Brisbane CBD office.

You'll be responsible for: Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
Confidently communicating with a variety of scientific professionals, matching them to their ideal roles with our fantastic client base
Fostering innovation and drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and novel methodologies.
Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
What you'll need: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) is a must
Proven experience in a scientific research / recruitment environment.
Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
