**What Is The New Opportunity at Casa?**
- We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Software Team Leader to join our innovative software teams in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
- You will lead and collaborate alongside a dedicated & passionate team of highly qualified software engineers, working on exciting software design and development projects in-house.
- You will have personal input into driving the development of software products which are sold to our diverse customer base.

**What Do We Need From You?**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field (electronics, software, computer science, etc.).
- Relevant years of software engineering experience.
- Desire to lead a technical team with the opportunity to coach, mentor and develop the team.
- Significant background in hands on software development, primarily in C/C++, Lua, Shell, Python, etc.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking including Internet protocols, and routing.
- Dedication, hard work, passion, and a willingness to push the envelope

**What Else Would We Like You To Have?**
- Experience with digital data communications concepts and protocols (e.g., LTE (4G/5G), Ethernet, DSL, GPON).
- Experience with M2M/IoT.
- Expert knowledge of Linux (embedded Linux preferred).
