We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or senior Administrator to commence in a temporary role, with the probability it will lead to a permanent position.

**The Company**:
A leading Not for Profit in the Disability sector in Geelong with a focus on inclusion and diversity.

**The Role**:
You will be providing administrative support to the CEO and Board, coordinating meetings and Board documents, compiling correspondence and managing diaries. This will involve working some evenings, however flexible working arrangement can be made.

**To Be Successful**:
You will possess the following:

- Previous experience providing admin support to a CEO or Senior Executive team
- Experience in preparing for Board meetings and reporting requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and be discreet
