**About You**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse employees, ensuring efficient and safe operations in the cold storage facility.
- Manage inbound and outbound orders
- Ensure all inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Train new employees and ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment
- Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential)
- High Reach experience (advantageous)
- Certification in Warehousing (advantageous)
- Can supply a copy of a National Police check & able to pass an alcohol or drug test (for more information, read our policy here)
- HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to stand, repetitively lift more than 15 kg consistently and 20 kg occasionally.

**Hours and Rates**:

- 8-9 hrs average hours per day.
- Shift times are 6am - 3pm weekdays (some weekend work)
- The full-time salary package of $75k p.a. + Super + Benefits + Overtime
