Strong communication & report writing skills + client centred approach Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology Office based in Launceston, pool cars & flexible working arrangements About You AHPRA or ESSA registration Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills Arriba is made up of innovators – we want our staff to bring ideas to the table The Role Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Why Rehab Management?
