You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
Duties of the role include: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks).
Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.

Qualifications You'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities belowTertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA.
Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded.
Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholdersCompassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy.
It's the kind of career where well-developed time management skills are a mustA current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
