About the Role
The role is required to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the carparking facilities, including the multi-level car park and all on-grade car parks within the hospital campus.
The role is expected to manage the operational, financial and reporting requirements of the Redland Hospital paid parking facilities. This position will also be focused on delivering quality customer service standards and implementing an effective customer complaint management procedure in aligned with Metro South Hospital and Health Services (MSHHS) guidelines.
The Car Park Coordinator is also responsible for the development, implementation and annual review of the traffic management plans and any other parking procedures or guidelines required for the Redland Hospital campus.
