About the Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for car park enquiries, managing all telephone and reception enquiries and providing accurate information to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Ensure the Car Park Coordinator is informed of operational matters that may impact operations.
- Perform maintenance duties on car parking equipment including preventative maintenance checks as required and report on any safety hazards or issues.
- Provide support with the day-to-day operations and infrastructure such as boom gate management, ticketing support, concession enquiries, and general car park enquiries.
