**As our highly valued Events and Missions Officer, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

Reporting to the Manger, Events and Missions, you will have the opportunity to coordinate a variety of events, flagship programs and support the planning of Ministerial-led trade and investment missions to international markets. You will work on interesting projects, grow your skills every day and you'll do it with people who you're proud to work with and want you to thrive.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:
Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of a variety of events and ministerial missions.
Provide quality and timely administrative support to the events and missions team.
Prepare and monitor correspondence, guidelines and project plans to support event and mission delivery - including agendas, minutes, action lists, roles and responsibilities and timelines.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents and reports - including run sheets and briefing packs.
Use various event and project management software, systems and tools to maximise efficiencies and project planning.
