Lotus Dining Group is a leading restaurant group known for our exceptional Asian and modern Australian cuisine, with multiple venues across Sydney. We are currently seeking a dedicated **Event and Function Space Supervisor** to join our team on a casual basis, located in the heart of Pyrmont.

As our Event and Function Space Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences for private events, corporate functions, and special occasions. You will lead the team to ensure smooth operations, exceptional service, and unforgettable moments for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate event with the event team for setup, service, and pack-down
- Manage event staff, providing direction and support to ensure high service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during events, ensuring all requirements are met
- Maintain a positive, professional, and efficient atmosphere
- Assist in post-event reporting and feedback sessions with management

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as an event or function supervisor in hospitality, ideally in a restaurant or function venue
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
