Housekeeping Supervisor

**The Role**

This role is a fundamental player in leading a high quality Housekeeping team supporting the Housekeeping Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities.
- Planning of daily room requirements and conducting pre-arrival checks
- Ensuring adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals
- Proactively managing guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service
- Training team members
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance.

**The Location**

Karri Valley Resort is located in the beautiful Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours' drive from Perth and 15 minutes from Pemberton. The resort offers a range of accommodation to suit all travellers, including stunning lakeside rooms, forest chalets, and campsites. The resort is located on the edge of Lake Beedelup and surrounded by Karri trees in the Beedelup National Park.

- At minimum 6 months experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Drivers Licence essen
