**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and supportive Office Administrator for our Wedegtail Program in the Williamtown area.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Leadership Team to perform delegated administrative tasks,
- Plan and coordinate the logistics and communications for program events,
- Assist with the coordination of on-boarding new-starters,
- Work to supply and store administrative and office materials, and
- Communicate with the program team on administrative matters.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- a small to medium business.
- a defence environment.
- business tools and databases,
- communicating regularly with program teams, and
- managing program calendars.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
