We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Analyst to be part of IQVIA's Integrated Research Solutions team (IRS). The IRS team look after both Primary Intelligence (primary market research) and Channel Dynamics (a syndicated solution) working closely with multiple pharmaceutical clients across marketing, brand and sales teams.

The team help inform these clients of commercial strategy pre, during and post product launch, providing high quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. Assignments typically require analysis and problem solving within an established framework.

This role will suit someone seeking a rapid development curve and plenty of client interactions - keenness to learn, strong analytical as well communication skills and a genuine interest in data analytics are required. As an Analyst within IQVIA's IRS Team, you will be responsible for:

- Under supervision, assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of client solutions
Leveraging key data to help address key client issues, including Assisting in the development of detailed documentation and specifications
- Under close supervision, performs quantitative or qualitative analyzes providing meaningful insights
- Assists in the design and structure of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
- Taking responsibility for running monthly market trend reports and supporting with client queries
- Assisting in the development of pitch presentations and client workshops, under supervision
- Presenting to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
- Working closely with the Commercial Lead and contributing to internal brainstorming sessions to identify further market opportunities
- Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.

**About you**:
As an Analyst interested in joining IQVIA, you will have proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills. Other required skills will include:

- Ideally between 2-3 years professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics etc.)
- Preferred 1-3 years of related experience
- Foundational technical skills are essential; proficient in using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with statistical tools e.g. SPSS, Q, Tableau would be advantageous
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/ internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
- Knowledge of/ an avid interest to know more about key issues and current developments in the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical promotion
- Strong capability in juggling priorities and time management to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high quality outcomes
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Must enjoy analysing and visualising data
