Drive Performance Across the Entire Business

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inventory control strategy that enables on-time production, customer delivery, spare parts availability, sales growth, accurate financial and project reporting, reduced operating costs, and improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reduce production errors and delays
  • Design and roll out a Kanban system to improve inventory flow, reduce bottlenecks, and align with lean manufacturing principles
  • Develop and enforce clear inventory control procedures to eliminate stock-outs of critical parts and minimize excess inventory of non-essentials
  • Enhance ERP system utilization to ensure all inventory transactions are timely, accurate, and contribute to reliable reporting and data integrity
  • Maintain high-quality master data to ensure accurate inventory control, streamline purchasing, and support reliable system outputs
  • Improve accuracy of inventory valuation, project costing, and margin reporting by addressing systemic issues and driving data quality
  • Create and deliver training programs to build inventory discipline across teams and establish standardized practices for inventory control and BOM management
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support across the business

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Kanban systems and lean inventory practices
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably M1 or similar, with a focus on improving system utilization and data accuracy
  • Demonstrated success in BOM management, including correcting and maintaining master data
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to build buy-in and improve cross-functional inventory practices
  • Continuous improvement mindset – ability to streamline processes and eliminate waste
