Department: Manufacturing - ANZ- Location: Huntingwood, AU, 2148- Job Function: Supply Chain - ANZ- Employment Type: Full timeWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager the Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our world class efficiency; 'sweet' manufacturing lines and internal logistics within the Huntingwood site.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build a strong Safety and Quality culture
- Build team engagement and capability to deliver the daily KPI's
- Train and coach others to improve skill level and flexibility within the team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to LOTO, WHS and GMP
- Coordinate and utilise team resources to meet and improve business targets
- Challenge and improve current systems, processes and practices to reduce all forms of waste
- Lead integrated work system processes (IWS)
- Assist in preparation and review of GMP/5S based documentation
- Lead change management exercises
- Day-to-day labour management of work area

- Demonstrated ability to lead others
- Proven track record of ability to drive Safety, Quality, downtime and efficiency
- Highly developed ability to problem solve
- Knowledge of CI (Lean Manufacturing concepts)
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box with high accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail
- Hands on approach to achieving KPI's
- Proficient computer and organisational skills
- Experience driving and promoting process changes
- IWS problem solving tools and process
- Ability to work 12 hour day shifts on a moving roster
