**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well known industry leader within its field with an international reach and sizeable treasury function based in Melbourne.

As the Head of Treasury, you will play a pivotal role in managing the liquidity and financial needs of the organisation across the various business units. Your responsibilities will extend to developing financing strategies, implementing funding programs, monitoring daily cash flows, managing lending facility compliance, and leading the development and placement of the insurance program.

Key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Leading and managing the Treasury & Insurance function.
- Financing Strategy through development of short and long-term financing strategies.
- Implement funding programs, including strategy formulation, Board presentations, lender communications, and legal negotiations.
- Monitor and manage the daily cashflow.
- Ensure compliance with all lending facilities reporting and covenant requirements are met.
- Lead the development of the insurance program strategy through engaging with insurance brokers and delivering the insurance program.
- Manage external banking, financing, and insurance relationships.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA qualified or have a ACTA Membership and have extensive experience working in a corporate treasury function of a large multinational organisation and/or ASX listed organisation. You will have a strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends and have managed teams in the past. Your success in this role will be determined, not only by your problem-solving ability but also your strong acumen and attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders.
